Every Block Story set is carefully packaged and inspected before shipment.
Because building sets contain hundreds or even thousands of individual pieces, missing components can occasionally occur.
If that happens, don't worry — we'll do our best to help.
Before Contacting Us
Before submitting a request, we recommend:
Checking all bags and packaging carefully.
Reviewing the building instructions to confirm the piece is genuinely missing.
Ensuring the piece has not been used elsewhere during the build process.
Many missing-piece reports are resolved after a second review of the packaging and build steps.

If you're unable to locate a piece, please contact our support team and include:

Product Name
The Missing Piece Number (from the instruction manual, if available)
A brief description of the missing component
Photos of the build area if applicable
Providing complete information helps us process your request more quickly.
Replacement Parts
Where replacement parts are available, we'll work with our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement.
